With much gratitude to a woman much wiser than myself, Brené Brown. Though my blog post is short, I hope you have 20 minutes to listen to what Brené has to say on the topics of connection, vulnerability and worthiness.

I didn’t know you were blogging.
I’ve been blogging almost a year now, having started mid-Feb I think, last year. I find I either have absolutely nothing to say which can be frustrating or tons that I want to write about… so it can be a challenge to live with both sides of writing it. More than anything it makes me reflect on life and hopefully provides ideas for others to think about as well.
Congrats on starting yours. You will love it, I’m sure!
